1. Changes and cancellations are basically free. (Please must notify us before the scheduled flight departure time.)
2. Cancellation fee
○ Airport transportation for returnee (Narita, Haneda airport)
・ Flight cancellation before the scheduled departure: No cancellation fee will be charged
・ Flight cancellation after the scheduled departure: Narita Airport 20,000 yen, Haneda Airport 10,000 yen
・ If you are denied entry due to the incomplete documents. If you are having an emergency and must be quarantine for 3 to 10 days: Narita Airport 10,000 yen, Haneda Airport 5,000 yen

Currently, airport transportation is very busy, so if you have a smartphone with you and have registered and used the necessary apps in advance, your entry time can be shorten.
